- What is your company’s primary business? Does your company offer services other than interlock?
- What is your mission and goal for me as a customer?
- If I make a mistake and fail or violate my machine, what fee do you charge?
- Are you an Arizona-based company?
- If for some reason I can’t get my device to function correctly, what is your process? Are you available 24 hours a day? Do you guarantee a response time?
- What happens if I have a problem with my interlock and you’re closed?
- What is the total cost for everything for the entire interlock period, including tax? (Not just the monthly rate.)
- What vehicles are you not able to install an interlock on?
- Do you have mobile service? If yes, explain how it works.
- Can you check and see if I’m eligible for an interlock?
- How long have you been in business in Arizona?
- What do you do for me if MVD tries to extend my time?
